EndpointOps User Guide

Welcome to EndpointOps- the endpoint security and management platform that unifies your fleet's inventory, vulnerabilities, patching, compliance, and device controls in one console. EndpointOps is one of the three products in the Trinetri Autonomous Platform (alongside CloudOps and MobileOps), so you'll see the Trinetri branding on the sign-in screen and in the app header.

This guide shows you how to use the product, screen by screen. It's written for the people who run EndpointOps day to day: IT and security administrators, and anyone getting started for the first time.

How this guide is organized​

The guide mirrors the product's own navigation. Each module is a section in the sidebar, and every sub-page has its own page so you can link straight to the task you need.

Each page follows the same shape:

  • Overview- what the screen is for.
  • Opening it- where to find it.
  • The screen- an annotated tour.
  • How do I…- step-by-step instructions, including the Create form.
  • Choosing columns- how to pick which columns the table shows.
  • Field reference- what each field or column means.
  • Tips & troubleshooting.

Where to start​

The guide follows the order you naturally use the product:

  1. Signing in- get into EndpointOps.
  2. Dashboard- your home screen and fleet overview.
  3. Enrolling an Endpoint- install the agent so machines report in.
  4. Endpoints- see and manage your fleet.
  5. Alerts- review security and policy events.

Screenshots

Screenshots are captured from a live EndpointOps environment at 1920×1080, in both light and dark themes- they follow the docs theme, so toggling light/dark in the top bar switches them to match. Numbers (endpoint counts, CVE totals, and so on) reflect that environment and will differ from yours. Pink callouts are added by this guide to point things out; they are not part of the product UI.
