Vulnerability Preference
Control when EndpointOps scans endpoints for vulnerabilities and when it refreshes its CVE database, and see how many CVEs it currently knows about.
Vulnerability Preference is available on editions that include vulnerability management (ZiroPatchPlus and above). If you don't see it in the menu, your license doesn't include it.
How to get here
You reach this page through Settings, so you need administrator (settings) permission. If you don't see the Settings icon, ask your administrator for access.
- Sign in to EndpointOps.
- In the top-right of any screen, click the Settings (gear ⚙️) icon.
- In the Settings menu on the left, click Vulnerability Preference.

On the right, Total CVE Available shows how many CVEs are currently in the database. A line at the top shows when the database was last synced (green for success).
How do I change the schedule?
- Set the Vulnerability Scan Job Time (hours) and Vulnerability Database Sync Time (time of day).
- Click Save. Use Reset to undo unsaved changes.
How do I sync the CVE database now?
Click Sync Now to start a database refresh immediately, without waiting for the scheduled time. The page shows "Vulnerability database sync will be handled" and the button reads Syncing… while it runs.
Sync Now and Vulnerability Database Sync Time appear only when you're managing a single organization or are signed in to the default (provider) tenant. Individual tenants schedule scans but share the provider's CVE database.
